Note:

**Renter must contact our office two business days prior to their rental to obtain their facility access code. Renters will not be able to access the facility without this code.**

**Picnic tables at the Lions Park Barn Facility will be arranged with the standard layout of 30 tables inside the facility and 10 on the patio unless the department is otherwise notified. All/some of the tables may be removed with a notice of AT LEAST two weeks from the renters. We will not be taking special requests for specific design or directional placement.**

The facility's restrooms are open to the public. Athletic fields, play areas, open space, and all other park amenities are not included with pavilion rentals.

Items such as tents, amplification, beer/food sales, concession sales, mechanical rides, inflatables, etc. are subject to approval from the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department and may require special approval from the Park Commission and/or Village Board.

Public/Special events require additional permitting and fee.
