Note:

* Facility Access Code *
Facility codes will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email, please contact our office by noon on the Friday before your rental. Renters will not be able to access the facility without this code.

* Picnic Table Arrangement *
The standard layout includes 30 tables inside the Lions Park Barn and 10 tables on the patio. Renters may request removal of some or all tables, but specific design or directional placement requests will not be accommodated.

* Park Amenities *
Rental of the pavilion does not include access to athletic fields, play areas, open space, or other park amenities.

* Special Items & Activities *
Items such as tents, amplification, beer/food sales, concession sales, mechanical rides, inflatables, etc. require approval from the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department and may also need approval from the Park Commission and/or Village Board.

* Beer Sales *
If you plan to sell beer, please contact the Village Clerk for additional requirements.

* Public/Special Events *
These require additional permitting and fees.
